The SCWT Open Registry (OR) is sponsored by the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Club of America Inc. and The Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier Association of Canada. Dr. Meryl Littman at the University of Pennsylvania maintains the Open Registry, at the request of SCWTCA, Inc. All Wheaten owners are encouraged to join. Members agree to submit names of affected dogs they have bred, own or owned, or have produced offspring affected with PLE, PLN, RD and/or Addison's Disease.

Please submit the following materials:

• Owner/breeder contact information (Name, address, phone, fax & Email)
• Veterinarian contact information (Name, address, phone, fax & Email)
• Dog's AKC registered name
• Dog's registration number
• Four generation pedigree
• Dog's date of birth
• Signed OR Release Form
• Any available medical records:
  • Biochemical profile (include total protein, albumin, creatinine, BUN, cholesterol, Na/sodium, K/potassium, phosphorus, etc.)
  • Complete blood count
  • Urine protein/creatinine ratio
  • Fecal API
  • Routine urinalysis (specific gravity, dipstick, urinary sediment)
  • ACTH stimulation test (Addison's Disease)
  • Abdominal radiographs/Ultrasound reports
  • Pathology from any biopsies
